Getting a design involves a few basic steps:

Deciding on the format:
This involves looking at the various options that are available for design. Eg advert, brochure, packaging and choosing the size, number of colours etc.

Getting a quote/deposit:
Once you have chosen the format/specs we will send you a quote and require 50% deposit in order for us to begin designing the job.

Gathering/supplying your content:
Collecting and supplying all text and images in digital format for us to use in the design/layout.

Drafts:
We design drafts to get the look and feel of the design. By default we make 1-3 drafts, depending on the timeframe, brief and clients preferences.

Refining:
We make changes according to your input and add in all content. The number of changes to artwork we allow by default is 3. (however this may vary as in the case of logo design etc. This will be specified in the quote if other then 3 changes are allowed)

Supply of artwork:
Supplied to you the artwork in Corel and .pdf format only once your account is settled.

Proofs:
Clients are responsible for requesting proofs. Any print job not proofed by the clients will be their own responsibility.
