Setting Up Email in Microsoft Outlook

In Outlook, choose "Tools" and then click on "Options"

A window will pop up, click on "Mail Setup" and choose "E-mail Accounts"

Click on "Add and new e-mail account"

Choose "Pop 3"

Complete the form as seen below, with the details supplied by the host.
The click on "More Settings"

In the more Setting pannel, select "Outgoing Server" and click the "My server requires authentication check box"

Different versions of Outlook may look slightly different,
but it should be very similar and you should be able to apply the same info.
